Mitchell and Christine Brewington serve as the Worship Pastors of Holly Grove Holiness Church in Clinton, NC. The couple, natives of Clinton, have been married for over 30 years and are the parents to three sons, Trevor, Riley and Lyle. Their ministry is a family affair as two of their sons play instruments in the band and another occasionally serves in the area of soundboard operation. Christine is involved in the public education system where she is employed as a School Counselor with Clinton City Schools, while Mitchell works as a Video Production Specialist for Star Communications, a local communications company in the Sampson County area of North Carolina.

     Worship through music has long been a staple in the lives of the Brewington family, as their parents and grandparents often ministered through music in their local churches. Just as they were exposed to and taught the songs of the Lord early in life, the couple has been intentional to do the same for their sons. Teaching them the importance, the power and the necessity of worship in the lives of God’s children.

     Along with their worship ministry, the Lord placed a call several years ago on Mitchell’s life to share His word through the ministry of preaching and the couple served for several years in youth ministry before transitioning to their current focus of leading in praise and worship. Over the years the Lord has opened and continues to open numerous opportunities for the family to lead in worship and share the gospel with various congregations in the eastern part of North Carolina, while at the same time serving the local church.
